Thank you to everyone who replied to the poll about the dates for our summer tournament and BBQ.
The chosen date is Sunday 22nd May. we apologise if this is not suitable for everyone, but we have tried to fit it in with as many requests as possible, taking account of other tournaments and competitions.
The venue is in Reading at the Atrium Health Club (was previously the IBIS Club):

The event will start at 12.30. During the afternoon we will be playing games – depending upon the number of people attending this will probably be timed round robin games with a final. Please bring snacks and drinks for yourself during the day.
After the play is complete (around 5pm) we will be holding the club AGM. Following this the BBQ will start. The charge for the day is £10 for play and BBQ, £5 for play and food for u14, £3 for play only and £10 (£5 u14) for BBQ for those not playing. You are very welcome to invite friends and family for any part of the day. Payment should be made to the club account to reserve your place using the response form on the link below:
